Server Edition
€47.88/year
For companies that keep everything in-house. Billed annually. No automatic renewal.
- ContractNest Server on your own Windows or Linux server
- Your own database: PostgreSQL (recommended) or SQLite
- Browser access for every employee, plus the desktop app as client
- Email invitations, roles and password reset
- Reminder emails sent by your server
- English, French, German and Romanian
- One company with unlimited authorised users
- Updates during the license year
Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies; the order form shows the exact total for your country.
How buying works
| 1. Order | Fill in the order form. You receive an order number (for example CN-2026-000123) and payment instructions by email. |

| 2. Pay | The full annual price is paid upfront by bank transfer using the order number as reference (a one-time card payment link may also be offered). |
| 3. Confirmation | We check the payment on our account. Only then is the license issued. |
| 4. Activate | You receive your activation key and download links. The one-year term starts when you activate (at the latest 90 days after issue). |
| 5. Renew | Nothing renews automatically. We remind you 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry. Renew early and the new year is added to your current one. |
Unlimited users does not mean unlimited server resources: licensing checks and update downloads are subject to fair use (up to 25 activated devices per license, more on request).
